leaner and stronger muscles, not bulky...

also, my friend relies on me for all of her body imaging consulting and i dont know what to tell her, but she has a little bit of cellulite and she wants to get rid of it.............any advice would be so GREATLY appreciated.

If over the counter meds are not helping, the next step may be to see your physician. She can prescribe you with some magical ointments to improve your blemishes as well as overall complexion. The ointment that has proven well is Differen. It is a Retin A based cream that works miracles. Secondly, make sure you wash you face first thing in the morning as well as before you go to bed. Stay away from fast food, and greasy foods.
As for your muscles, try an inexpensive treatment. Purchase low handweights (ie dumbells) and do lots of repetitions. Lighter weight - burns and sculpts, heavier - builds mass. Give it a try. Check out some fitness websites.
You are only 14. Please dont try any crash miracle diets. Your still very young and this may affect your growth and development. I just recomment healthy lean meats and more fresh vegetables. Cut your carbs down, but dont completely eliminate. Increase your fiber intake to make sure your "plumbing" moves along well. Snack on fruit and drink plenty of water. No more junk food or sodas.
As for your friend, unfortunately cellulite is a woman's worst enemy. Tell her to try minor leg lifts with weights, also some jogging and or swimming will help. Anything to increase the circulation in this area.
Good luck and take care of yourself. Keep your head up.
